Course Author

The coordinator and author of this course is Jan Koeppe. Jan holds a BA in psychology and has been an owner and assistant manager of a 14-bed facility with 11 years experience. She has coordinated educational programs for TORCH, served on the DADS Regulatory Board and is the author of the TORCH comprehensive Policy and Procedure Manual. Jan has also served on the TORCH Board of Directors as a Director-at-Large and Chapter Representative and is currently serving as TORCH Treasurer.
